Being a member of Team USA has offered Deron Williams the opportunity to travel the world and take in some amazing sights in great cities. Deron is doing his best to share those perks with his fans.
As he and Team USA embarked on a four-city tour over the last few weeks, Deron kept his phone handy and snapped some shots to share on his Instagram account.
The tour started in Las Vegas, where Team USA holds training camp. Deron signed his new Brooklyn Nets contract on an iPad shortly after midnight on July 11, allowing him to finally get into action with USA Basketball.

After participating in USA Basketball's win over the Dominican Republic on July 12 at the Thomas and Mack Center — he scored six points and had 10 assists — D-Will hopped on a plane to New York for his introductory press conference on July 13 in Brooklyn. He had to leave so quickly that his postgame icing had to happen on the plane.

The next day Deron and new teammate Joe Johnson — Brooklyn's Backcourt — were introduced during a press conference at Borough Hall in Brooklyn. D-Will talked about how excited he was to team with Johnson and start a new era of Nets Basketball in Brooklyn. The two then posed for pictures and greeted fans before Deron boarded a plane to Washington D.C. to meet Team USA for the second stop on their exhibition tour.

With their game in D.C. not scheduled until Monday, Team USA used their weekend in the nation's capital widely, visiting some of the historic sights and honoring some of the men and women that gave their lives for the country at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

Later D-Will and his teammates met with some members of the Armed Forces including General Dempsey the Chairman of the Chiefs of Staff.

After securing another win in D.C., a nail biter with the Brazilian National Team, Team USA headed overseas for three more exhibitions. The first stop was England, where they were to play Team Great Britain. Upon their arrival the team gathered at an English restaurant for a team meal.

Afterward the American men went out to the arena to support the USA women in their game against Great Britain. Both the men and women handled Great Britain with ease, the women by 25 and the men by 40.

Throughout the trip there was a lot of traveling and not much time for sleep, so members of Team USA took the travel time as an opportunity to get some shut-eye, but not D-Will who instead made for his way around snapping photos of his sleeping teammates in various spots in a series of #GotEm pics.

Team USA made it's final stop before London in Barcelona, Spain, where they would spend six days and play two games. Upon their arrival in Barcelona, D-Will snapped a shot of the picturesque view from his hotel room.

Then it was off to Montjuic for a team photo in front of the Font Màgica (Magic Fountain). The fountain is located at the head of Avenida Maria Cristina in Barcelona and was constructed in 1929.

On their second day in Barcelona, Team USA got their first chance to practice at Palau Sant Jordi. D-Will got in some stretching after practice and snapped some shots of his teammates shooting and chilling.

After practice the guys headed out for another team dinner.

Sunday was gameday and D-Will offered an exclusive look at the team's 1992 Dream Team throwbacks, made special for their game against Argentina in Barcelona. Deron was outfitted from top to bottom in red white and blue, from his jersey and shorts to his kicks.

After beating Argentina, the Americans got a few more days of training in and of course some recovery. Deron took the opportunity to try out a high-tech from of recovery with a NormaTec device.

After winning their final exhibition game — 100-78 over Spain — D-Will and his teammates used their last day in Barcelona to cruise the town on Segways.

Then it was off to London, but not before Kevin Love snapped the ultimate #GotEm pic with LeBron, Chris Paul, James Harden, Russell Westbrook, D-Will, Anthony Davis and Coach K.

Deron will be snapping some more behind the scenes shots over the next few weeks in London, so make sure to follow him on Instagram @DWill8
